Another exam down… more incidents - Share you own exam mess ups.

Just another quick posting. Finished the elective exams today – so only got professional conduct left. So thankfully feeling a lot more relaxed now even though I’ve still had a rather hectic afternoon arguing over car tax in the post office. Apparently I’m too complicated.

Those who follow me on twitter will know very well by now that it appears to be impossible for my provider to hold an exam without some interruption or incident.

Examples include speaker announcements every 10 minutes, being locked out of the exam room and starting late, lost exam papers, and numerous errors in the papers.

So I invite you all to comment about your exam disasters, in the hope that my provider isn’t so bad after all.

  1. The worst I had was in the accounts exam in relation to the property final statement. They made an announcement that it was the wrong figure for the house price, then announced later that it was actually correct! I'm sure there have been much worse but I seem to have forgotten :S

  2. typical that. I had forgot about accounts exams, in ours they didn't tell us the dates were wrong, I realised this immediately so it didn't matter, but some people spent ages trying to work out what that were doing wrong. a real waste of time. :S

  5. I cant add any exam inccidents from my BVC Days, TT -though as a second year undergraduate a girl was caught cheating in our Criminal Law Exam, and the invigilators tried to get her to leave the room on that basis. Her response?
To fling herself across her desk, and start Screaming. VERY LOUDLY. For a full FIVE minutes.
Honestly, I do wonder about the sanity of your average law student sometimes.........
