So the exams finished and I decided to take advantage of having free time for the first time in a while - that and the endless to do list I’m working my way through. Therefore I’ve not really been procrastinating by sitting in front of the computer.
For the majority of the past few days I’ve been sitting in a tent watching cookery demonstrations at Cheltenham Food Festival, sampling truly delicious food and making pasta. And even earlier in the week I went to the Banksy exhibit in Bristol.
Given that these aren’t really law topics I’ve blogged about these on my other new(ish) blog which deals with local stuff – but should you be interested you can have a look at my coverage of the Cheltenham food festival here.
Hopefully in between flat hunting and preparing to visit the parents – I shall have time to do some proper blogging this week.

Mmmm food, I LOVE food! Unfortunately I can only cook Indian food, roast chicken (with veg and potatoes and gravy), apple crumble and pasta... wish I could make pies and of course of the scrummy sugary stuff they show on those cookery programs.
ReplyDeleteLOL I love cooking, not great at it, my BF is really good cook - but since exams are over been working on my cookery skills a bit more. During the past week have learned how to do chicken satay, tuna fishcakes, ravioli and a new curry. Great fun.
ReplyDeleteYour coverage of the festival was impressive as were all the images, maybe you should be a journo? I forwarded your blog to John Rhodes the organiser. Maybe he could help you out, if you wanted to go in that direction. Incidentally, where were you in the audience? I'm Uma Wylde, and that was my first ever demo.
ReplyDeletePS My kids have just broken up from uni too and in the process of looking for work. Never easy is it.
