Importance of Immunization before we go to Bali

Traveled is a fun activity, we can enjoy a pleasant pastime. When we are on vacation, we certainly do not want to get things that are not desirable. Therefore, when we will be traveling there is nothing wrong if we check our health condition, ideally 4 or 6 weeks before we left, and there is nothing wrong if we do some vaccinations that we are immune to certain diseases. Bali travel immunizations make a disease that will infect us, so diminished.  Like many of the tourists who get diarrhea, this is happens because of ignorance travelers about Bali, and eat food or drink in vain.

Before we traveled to Bali, there is nothing wrong if we follow some immunizations. Bali travel immunizations such as Hepatitis A, may be contracted through contaminated food or water. Hepatitis B vaccine at least 6 months before traveling, this is intended to get the full 3-dose vaccination, the disease can be transmitted through sexual contact, contaminated needles, and blood donors. Typhoid vaccination, given in 2 kinds of oral and injection vaccination, the disease will attack through contaminated food or water. 

Measles vaccination it is then you are expected to bring a document stating that you have received immunization. Polio immunization, immunization is recommended we must have this since childhood. Tetanus immunization / vaccination diphtheria if you are full, then you must bring the documentation to the doctor. Rabies immunization, because recently a new endemic rabies in Bali. It is given when we do outdoor activities. Japanese encephalitis vaccine, you may need when you are going to stay more than 1 month. Malaria and dengue fever to avoid mosquito bites which will cause us sick with malaria. 

Some diseases that can be prevented through Bali travel immunizations and some others do not, and therefore we as tourists have to be careful of all things. Do not drink or clean the teeth with water that has not been boiled. Always carry hand sanitizer or anti-bacterial wipes, because in a public toilet sometimes no soap and running water. Do not eat food that is not thoroughly cooked or vegetables that have not been peeled. Avoid the scorching heat of the sun and use a hat, shirt and sunscreen so that we avoid severe dehydration. Use mosquito repellent, so we can spared from insect bites. Bring their own medicines; make sure you’re insurance or unable to pay for hospital costs abroad.
