Traveled is a fun activity, we
can enjoy a pleasant pastime. When we are on vacation, we certainly do not want
to get things that are not desirable. Therefore, when we will be traveling
there is nothing wrong if we check our health condition, ideally 4 or 6 weeks
before we left, and there is nothing wrong if we do some vaccinations that we
are immune to certain diseases. Bali
travel immunizations make a disease that will infect us, so
diminished. Like many of the tourists who get diarrhea, this is happens because
of ignorance travelers about Bali, and eat food or drink in vain.
Before we traveled to Bali,
there is nothing wrong if we follow some immunizations. Bali travel
immunizations such as Hepatitis A, may be contracted through contaminated
food or water. Hepatitis B vaccine at least 6 months before traveling, this is
intended to get the full 3-dose vaccination, the disease can be transmitted through sexual contact, contaminated needles, and blood donors. Typhoid
vaccination, given in 2 kinds of oral and injection vaccination, the disease
will attack through contaminated food or water.
Measles vaccination it is then
you are expected to bring a document stating that you have received
immunization. Polio immunization, immunization is recommended we must have this
since childhood. Tetanus immunization / vaccination diphtheria if you are full,
then you must bring the documentation to the doctor. Rabies immunization,
because recently a new endemic rabies in Bali. It is given when we do outdoor
activities. Japanese encephalitis vaccine, you may need when you are going to
stay more than 1 month. Malaria and dengue fever to avoid mosquito bites which
will cause us sick with malaria.
Some diseases that can be
prevented through Bali travel
immunizations and some others do not, and therefore we as tourists have to
be careful of all things. Do not drink or clean the teeth with water that has
not been boiled. Always carry hand sanitizer or anti-bacterial wipes, because
in a public toilet sometimes no soap and running water. Do not eat food that is
not thoroughly cooked or vegetables that have not been peeled. Avoid the
scorching heat of the sun and use a hat, shirt and sunscreen so that we avoid
severe dehydration. Use mosquito repellent, so we can spared from insect bites.
Bring their own medicines; make sure you’re insurance or unable to pay for
hospital costs abroad. That's a tips before going to Bali, Indonesia.
